Life Cycle

Ripened Palm leaves naturally fall off from the palm trees by itself. Nothing is forcefully taken.

Collection of fallen Palm Leaves are done manually, so that unwanted leaves are not transported.

The Palm Leaves are stored properly and safely. This is done to avoid shortage of raw materials.

The Areca Palm Leaves are cleaned with fresh water manually by hand. No chemicals are used.

The well cleaned leaves are then dried in shade in standing state for dripping off any water particles.

The cleaned palm leaves are segregated according to size. Appropriate sizes are used for relevant products.

Heat process & cutting gives appropriate shape for the leaves. Various dies are used as per the requirements.

The products which comes from die cutting are verified for smoothe finish. Trimming improper edges are taken care.

Set of 25 plates/bowls with a pocket are Shrink wrapped to prevent from natural weather conditions.

The shrink wrapped set of products are pasted with stickers and boxed in carton Boxes as per client's requirements.

Areca Leaf products are used in various occasions like parties, marriages, picnics, get-together, etc.

All areca leaf products are bio-degradable and helps eco-friendly nature and save mother earth

The areca leaf products become matured organic natural compost and helps plant grow healthier.

THE NATURAL COMPOST improves soil structure through the addition of carbon and provide nutrients to the plants.
